Cooling keeps the modern world running food, medicine, data, comfort. It also consumes around a tenth of the world's electricity and depends on chemicals now being banned across most of the planet. For a century the industry's answer has been to refine the same vapour-compression cycle a little further each decade.
We took a different view: the cycle itself is the problem. Unitech was founded in 2020 to rebuild cooling from first principles, around fluid dynamics and energy recovery instead of chemistry and compression so that the heat every system pays to throw away becomes the power that runs it.
Our approach
We don't sell boxes. We license physics.
The world has manufacturers with factories, distribution and decades of customer relationships. What it doesn't have is a cooling architecture that works without refrigerant and gives energy back.
So we license the TOVENVOR · INIJEVID platform to OEMs and share in the savings it creates. They keep their product lines, their brands and their channels. They gain compliance with regulations closing in on them, and a product that costs their customers less to run every year it operates.
What makes us different

Different physics, not better engineering
Every competitor is optimising the compressor or swapping one refrigerant for a slightly less harmful one. We removed both.

Two outputs, not one
Ours is the only cooling architecture that is simultaneously zerorefrigerant and energy-generating. No alternative on the market does both.

Built on the regulation, not against it
The HFC phase-down is a deadline for the industry. For a system that never used refrigerant in the first place, it's a market opening.

Proven with universities, being tested in the field
The thermodynamics were developed and validated in collaboration with Cranfield and Aston. The next proof point is operational data from a live data centre.

We don't only replace cooling. We rescue what's already installed
Supermarkets and cold chain across Europe have moved to transcritical COâ‚‚ to escape HFCs and discovered that above roughly 35°C ambient, efficiency collapses to a COP of around 1.2. Our INIJEVID retrofit kit fits after the condenser, recovers the wasted heat and pressure as electricity, and is designed to restore performance to a COP above 4. Every one of those systems already in the ground is addressable without replacing a single cabinet.
